The biggest difficulty on this project is the 80 meters relative elevation within the site, which challenges the landscape design. The utilization of the elevation difference can be noticed in many detailed aspects, e.g. the road, buildings, courtyards, public vegetation, waters, etc.
理念Concept
- 因地制宜合理利用场地高差。
- 以欧式现代的手法打造高品质住宅区，通过结合景观和建筑使建筑本身的功能价值得到最大的体现。
- Adaptation to the current condition—to reasonably use the elevation difference
- Create a high quality residential group by using European modern style; according to the combination between the landscape and the buildings, the function and value of the building can be maximally reflected.
