本项目为2011世界园艺博览会标志性建筑设计，位于世园会会址北侧，是该园区主要景观轴，其内容包括主要入口广场、长安园和植物展览温室。属于先浐灞生态区广运潭景观区。规划面积418公顷，其中水域面积188公顷。
Landmark Building Design of the International Horticultural Exhibition, Xi’an
The project is the landmark design for the International Horticultural Exhibition 2011, which locates in the north part of the exhibition park and belongs to the landscape axis. The project includes a square of the main entrance, Chang’an Garden and an exhibition greenhouse for plants. It also belongs to the Guangyun Pool scenic area in the Xianchanba Ecological Zone. The planning scale is 41.6 km2 with 18.8 km2 water surface.
理念Concept
- 制高点设计 观景塔为地势之最，成为整个园区景观的最重要控制点。
- 轴线控制 主入口、长安园和水上大温室与观景塔形成园区中心轴线，长安园与水上大温室隔水相望。
- Thehigh point design—the viewing tower is the highest point of the exhibition park which can be the key point to control the landscape design of the whole site.
- The axis control—main entrance, Chang’an Garden, the aquaticgreenhouse and the viewing tower altogether to form the landscape axis. Chang’an Garden and the aquatic greenhouse specially communicate across the water surface.
